Hello, i am about to convert a DIVX file to AVI format. When i go to add the movie to the converting program, it shows the movie as a 500 hour movie. When i right click on the file and look at the properties, it shows the same thing. When i play the movie with VLC player, WMP, or Classic Media Player, it shows that the movie is 1.5 hours long. Which is what it really is. When i go to convert it, the file is too long, and the conversion would take up 300g of my HD it says. Is there anyway to fix the length property of the video file, so that it can be properly converted? I am running Vista btw.
